One of the killers of Mr. Floyd in Minnesota, arrested lately. Is he Korean or Chinese?

Neither. He's Hmong-American. Many Hmong refugees resettled in the United States after the Vietnam War. Many of them were secretly recruited by the CIA to fight against the North Vietnamese during the Vietnam War.
