No, actually, the Bible tells us that “evil men and the wicked will be no more, but the meek will possess the earth. The righteous will possess the earth and they will live forever on it” - Psalm 37:9-11, 29.
Think about how all the suffering caused by evil and wicked people will be gone! They will not be there to ruin or harm the paradise or those who live there.
The Bible teaches that those who obey God will live in Paradise. (1 John 2:17) Jesus sent his followers to search for meek people and to teach them how to become acceptable to God. The same work is being done today and God is preparing millions of people for life in the future Paradise on earth. (Matthew 28:19, 20; Zephaniah 2:3)

When it comes to those who have already died, the Bible tells us that there is hope for them too.
Although some chosen ones are resurrected to life in heaven to rule as kings with Christ, the majority of humans that are resurrected, will be resurrected to life on earth, which will be a paradise. ( Revelation 5:9, 10; Psalm 37:29).
The Bible says that “there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” (Acts 24:15) The righteous include faithful people, such as Noah, Sarah, and Abraham. As well as all those faithful to the true God throughout history down to our times (Genesis 6:9; Hebrews 11:11; James 2:21) The unrighteous include those who failed to meet God’s standards but did not have the opportunity to learn and follow them.
However, those who become so wicked that they are beyond reform will not be resurrected. When such ones die, they suffer permanent destruction (meaning unconscious death forever) with no hope of a return to life.—Matthew 23:33; Hebrews 10:26, 27; Ecclesiastes 9:5; Psalm 146:4.
