Is 132/100 dangerous BP reading?

The top number is stroke level once it hits 180. Generally you want that top number to be less than 130. You are a little over that but not much. I'm no doctor but that bottom number is on the high side. Have you done more bp readings?

Yes it could cause a stroke. Talk to your family doctor about this.  There are simple medications and they are inexpensive too, and they bring down your blood pressure.  The lower number is more important that the higher number .. and the lower number should not be over 80.
