do i qualify for financial aid?
in my opinion i dont think i do becouse i have one felony in my record and its arson. thanks

Surprisingly, only felony drug convictions affect your eligibility for financial aid, as far as I'm aware.
Convictions for offenses other than drug offenses that occurred while the student was receiving federal student aid do not prevent you from receiving federal student aid. If you are not currently incarcerated, this should have no effect on your eligibility for aid. (Note: there are some restrictions on the type of aid a student who is currently incarcerated can receive. If that is the case for you, you should work with the school or program you will be enrolled in to determine your eligibility).
That has nothing to do with financial aid. If you did it before the age of 18, you can probably have it taken off your record.
