Shouldn't we be focusing more on a Corona cure than vaccine?

Vaccines ARE the closest thing to a cure, genius.

You CANNOT cure a virus - you can only treat the symptoms.    A virus has to run it's course. You should know this.

Virtually impossible to cure viruses with drugs, you can treat, but a vaccine works better, is easier to administer and treat large populations. Those treatments can be far more toxic than any vaccine

There already is a cure: that Malaria medicine.  It has proven effective.

No because there is no cure, there is a vaccine.

How do you think it would be possible for scientists to formulate a cure, if they can't yet formulate a vaccine?

It can't be cured, dummy.  It's a virus.  Vaccine is the only option.

And yes, there are anti-vax idiots out there.  And honestly, their opinions don't count for anything.  All of them are either little kids or mentally ill, which means they're not capable of making adult decisions.

As others have accurately said, there is no *cure* for corona, or any other virus for that matter. However. saying that a vaccine treats the symptoms is not quite right. A vaccine PREVENTS infection, so a cure is not even necessary and symptoms per se never actually develop. If you have a virus-related fever, aspirin can *in some cases* help lower the fever and reduce the aches and pains - thereby treating some symptoms without actually 'curing' the infection. 

 There’s no money to be made by finding a cure. Just like there’s no money to be made by finding a cure for cancer. There’s more money to be made in treating these situations over and over again. The pharmaceutical companies can make more money giving out coronavirus vaccinations year after year after year just like they do with the flu. If they found a cure then they wouldn’t be able to give out all those vaccinations every year. It’s all about money. Mainstream medicine in this country is the third leading cause of death here. Because mainstream medicine in this country is all about money and it’s all controlled by big Pharma. Your health doesn’t matter to them. They just want to make money off you.
