When I first got my Mitsubishi Mirage G4 2019, the salesman used the keys and the trunk opened all the way up by itself, now it doesn't, why?

Your car is likely still under warranty. Take it to the dealer and get it fixed. Could be a bad hinge or spring.

Maybe the springs are not as strong?
