If your religion is peaceful, shouldn't your extremists be extremely peaceful?

There's a rather big difference between an extremist christian vs an extremist Sikh...if such a thing exists. Right?

That has certainly been the case in the original and true Christian Church whose saints have demonstrated the peace and love of Jesus Christ for His people over the centuries.

Maybe something like renouncing war, being lambs and harmless as doves, or not killing and everything like it

They aren't extremists they are just ignorant and closed minded and misguided. Maybe we shouldn't call them extremists but lunatics.
