So it's my understanding that as a photographer you only want people to see your best work. Obviously I have photos that aren't as good as my best photos but they're still worthy of being shown off. Where should I post them? On my Instagram feed, or in one of my website albums?
If you do photography for business, you only post the good stuff. You don't need volume, you need to show off a selection of images of what you can do.
For family and friends, you post to an account separate from your professional work.
Post them on social media, preferably under a different name so as to not hurt your reputation. Personally, I suggest simply not showing anything other than your best work. Definitely DO NOT post these sub-standard photos on your website. Doing so will kill your reputation and business prospects.
