First of all, I’m not doing it for the money but I want to know if it’s going to be good enough for all that hard work I’m putting in and I love animals. I heard some people saying that they don’t make enough.

Have a day (or night) job that pays the bills and then volunteer at your local animal shelter.  You get the best of both worlds: income and getting to work with animals.  And you donate your time to a worthy cause.  It's win-win-win

Veterinary surgeons are born, not made. Training to be a vet is demanding, long (at 5 years) and expensive.

If your primary motivation is money become a lawyer and specialise in divorce.

Some vets make a great deal of money, mostly those are in specific specialisations.  For one of those you need to do do a residency after you have your DVM.  Many vets, especially those who care for pets, are not particularly well paid.  To get into vet school in the first place, you will need better literacy skills; what on earth is a 'u'?

There are thousands of jobs involving animals.  They range all the way from animal acupuncture to caring for zebras.
