Windows 7 have Windows movie maker ?

or just Vista and XP

IIRC when I had Windows 7 I was able to go to Microsoft and download Movie Maker.

But today there are many free video editors that are SO much better than Windows Movie Maker.  The one I use is Shotcut (shotcut.com)  It's even open-source, so you know there's no monkey business.  Another good one is the free version of DaVinci Resolve.

These might take a little longer to learn but that's because they have so many features!

Windows Movie Maker was part of the Windows Live suite of programs and had to be downloaded.  Even on XP and Vista.  
It is no longer Available.
