It seems like a very physical job, especially unloading a truck(s).  One needs to learn proper body mechanics, especially with lifting heavy (or light) objects or items.

The proper use of body mechanics can help lessen the chance of injury, such as to the back and neck.  In general, one needs to lift an object while keeping the back straight and slightly bending at the knees, for instance.

When pivoting (turning) while holding the object, it's generally recommended to hold the object as closely to the body as possible to help even the weight and to pivot oneself as a unit.  It's supposed to be a good idea to practice using good body mechanics even with lighter objects or items to get in the habit.

idk. Do you want the job? What is minimum wage, and can you do any better? What is / would be your exposure to people with the CV?

What other offers have you got?  What is the going pay for someone with your experience?  Sounds close to minimum wage.

Depends on what your other options are.  If you are unemployed, its good. If you currently make $18.40 an hour for 40 hours, it not as good.
