There is only one race - the HUMAN RACE.
The inspired scriptures of our Creator says "At this Peter began to speak, and he said: “Now I truly understand that God is not partial, 35 but in every nation the man who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.
Acts 10:34, 35
When God put Adam and Eve in the garden, He told them to be fruitful and multiply. Genesis 1:26-27 He did NOT specify that they or their children have to marry only people whose skin is the same color as theirs.
Moses married a Cushite woman, from Midian. Although Cushites who descended from Ham were and are dark skinned, we do not know if that meant that she was dark skinned in fact, there were Midianites in the Cushite territory who were descendants of Abraham, but still, his sister Miriam and brother Aaron objected to her. God cursed Miriam with leprosy saying of Moses "He is entrusted with all of my house...Why, then, did you not fear to speak against my servant, against Moses?” Numbers 12:1-12
Also, the scripture you cited, which is in 2 Corinthians 6:16-18, when looking at the context, has nothing to do with skin color, but with Christians not associating with or marrying people who were unbelievers or who worshiped idols, which were common practices in Corinth.
God created humans in different colors and physical sizes, just like He made different flowers, or different colored stars, and we should not fault Him for any of his works.
The Bible says at Acts 10:34,35 God is not partial, 35 but in every nation the man who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him
As far a marriage the Bible says at 2 Corinthians 6:14 Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship do righteousness and lawlessness have? Or what sharing does light have with darkness?
The separation in the Bible has to do with religious faith and not color or nationality.
The last scripture talking to women who’s husband dies, the Bible says: 1 Corinthians 7:39 A wife is bound as long as her husband is alive. But if her husband should fall asleep in death, she is free to be married to whomever she wants, only in the Lord.

No. God is not partial.
The most outstanding mark of true Christians is that they have real love among themselves. (John 13:34,35) They are not taught to think that they are better than people of other races or skin color. Neither are they taught to hate people from other countries. (Acts 10:34,35) So they do not share in wars.
No, obviously God isn't against that. If you interpret that verse that way you might as well say a blond man should never marry a brown-haired woman.
No. However, I'm pretty sure he's against being an insufferably horrendously hateful excuse for a human being like yourself.
For the sake of humanity mate, please just off your own head.
Here's a little song I learned in Sunday School-"Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world. Red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in his sight. Jesus loves the little children of the world". Precious in his sight, precious in mine also.
God approves of marriage between a man and a woman of different races because all races are equal in his sight. The Bible says: "God treats everyone on the same basis...no matter what race."- Acts 10:34, 35. Consider some other Bible principles that bear on racial equality and marriage. All races come from a common source. All humans descended from the first man, Adam, and his wife, Eve, whom the Bible calls "the mother of everyone living." (Genesis 3:20) For this reason, the Bible says of God: "He made out of one man every nation of men." (Acts 17:26) Regardless of their race, all humans are part of just one family. What, though, if racial prejudice or class distinctions are strong where you live? Wise people 'consult together'. While interracial marriage is perfectly acceptable to God, not all people share his view. (Isaiah 55:8, 9) If you are considering marrying someone of another race, you and your prospective mate should discuss the following: How will you deal with the pressures you might face from your community or family? How will you help your children to deal with prejudice? "Consulting together" in this way can help you to make your marriage a success.- Proverbs 13:10; 21:5.

Conquering Prejudice Through Bible Education
Jehovah’s Witnesses believe that all races are equal in the sight of God. (Acts 10:34, 35) Through Bible education, we try to help people overcome even deep-seated prejudices
People have free will in this regard and if you want a mate who is not the same race it is okay. Sometimes some of certain nations of religions do not want to marry out of their faith and that is okay. Please just do what you think is best and do not judge others.
God created us different and asked us to know each other. And, the best is evaluated by piety.
