Why people love Windows 7?

It's more stable than win10 and allows you to control and "own" your own computer.

The next one right after XP that because popular.

When Windows 7 came out people hated it because it was different.  Now several years latter people are used to it.   People don't like change.
Windows 7 is Out of Date and no longer supported.  It is open for hackers and Malware.
When it comes to computer operating systems it is ALWAYS better to keep up to date.
You may have to learn something new each time but that is the Fun in have a computer.
There is not that much difference between 7 and 10, just mostly EYE CANDY.
