How much weight have you gained since the orders to 'stay home' began?

About 7 pounds, i think. I am also sure it's because of drinking beer, because my eating habits haven't changed. I'm not quite as active right now. I just feel lazy.

I don't gain weight, I'm naturally like that. I'm so petit, some guys like it and some guys might think I'm too thin.

4lbs .. not very much but I feel good about this. I struggled to gain weight for a long time. I was underweight.

I ve lost 11 lbs mainly because I think I am more active then I was before plus eating better and not eating out nearly at all.

None, I’ve actually lost some weight, I’ve been working out so I can get in shape and continue to get in shape.

None. I've actually lost weight i weigh 121 which is a normal weight for a girl my height. I do Chloe Ting's work outs.

Interesting question because now I can tell you personally how "set point" works. Yes, for various reasons I did in fact become a big fat funk for a little bit there, shaking my belly fat at people for fun. But then I simply could not eat at all for a few weeks. I'd make a chicken sandwich with 3 tiny strips and be stuffed after 1 strip. I really did even try to force feed myself, it didn't work.

Set point is a fairly new discovery where your body knows what it's normal is and will use hormones to regulate that. Like I said, when I got too fat, my body wouldn't let me eat. There have been compressive studies on it where starting from fat or thin, nobody was able to change more than 30% of their starting weight in either direction.
