The US has the most technically advanced healthcare systems in the world.

But because the US does not have universal healthcare insurance, many Americans cannot afford or have access to that technically superior healthcare.

The amount of different contraptions they have for obese patients is interesting

it's available for illegal folks but is out of reach for for those who work legally, because working is lame.

It prioritizes health.
