Center of the circle
= ((-6+5)/2, (8+9)/2)
= (-1/2, 17/2)

Hence,
h = -1/2
k = 17/2

Radius, r
= √[(-6 - 5)² + (8 - 9)²]
= √[(-11)² + (-1)²]
= √(121 + 1)
= √122

Standard form of the equation of the circle:
[x - (-1/2)]² + [y - (17/2)²] = (√122)²
i.e. [x + (1/2)]² + [y - (17/2)²] = 122
