anything is possible
There are at least two research lines that I've seen out there that are looking at general virus cures.
A virus isn't really alive. It's just a DNA payload with a protein shell that tricks your own body into making copies. Both lines disrupt the way it tricks you into make more of it.
Both are showing promise enough that I think they get there. It's probably 5-10 years off.
Vaccines don't "disinfect".
Why are you suggesting people put disinfectant into there bodies ? You should be reported to the press so they can draw and quarter you in the realm of public opinion . You are disgusting to tell people to do that . As Greta would say " how dare you "
No, scientist haven't found a vaccine for AIDS in 40 years.
one single vaccine that works against all viruses?
No way
Theoretically, it's possible to create an environment that will "disinfect" a virus BEFORE it enters the human body.
