Hair allergy test reliable?

I really want to get an allergy test however, with covid-19 I know I won't be able to go to the doctors for one. I really think I do have an allergy or intolerance so some foods. I have tried cutting certain foods out but I still have the symptoms. I can't seem to figure it out. I have seen online there are hair allergy tests you can take but I have heard before that they are not reliable?

A hair test for allergens is not just unreliable - its virtually useless. The only reliable way to identify most food allergies is through a skin test or very strict elimination diet. Look online for an allergist. Most specialty doctors are still up and running as usual in most parts of the country.
