why does every random thing my mom does irritate me?

I have always had a really good relationship with my mom because she’s a single parent and it’s just us at home but lately everything she does irritates me to the point where i can’t even be in a room with her longer than 2 minutes. And the things that bother me are things that shouldn’t, like when she sneezes, coughs, makes any loud noise, and even just movements she makes. I will be in my room and I hear her walking really loud down the stairs and have to put headphones in. This especially effects me being quarantined with her and no other place to go. We are still close and never really fight, I just can’t be with her without getting annoyed. I saw another question like this and someone answered that it’s because your body and hormones are preparing you for separation when you move out. I am thinking that is probably the reason, but I still don’t know how to make the situation better.
