Ask your GP.
You'll need to start with a GP, who can refer you to an allergy specialist if warranted. See below:

You would have to call your doctor and ask.
I'm not in the UK, my doctor doesn't do allergy testing.
They may recommend you to a nutritionalist or a specialist to get the testing done.
But clinics are most likely closed due to covid 19. You will have to wait until this subsides to see a doctor or specialist.
