"All along the watchtower" Hendrix doin Dylan
My favorite has always been "Hello It's Me" by Todd Rundgren, which he wrote and originally recorded as a member of the band Nazz. His solo version is much better and many consider it the song of the Super Seventies.
All Along the Watchtower - Jimi Hendrix cover of Bob Dylan song or Respect - Aretha Franklin cover of Otis Redding song.
Rod Stewart's cover of Elton John's "Country Comfort."
Derek and the Dominos cover of Jimi Hendrix's "Little Wing."
Crosby Stills Nash and Young's cover of Joni Mitchell's "Woodstock."
The Hollies' cover of "He Ain't heavy, He's my Brother."
The Animals' cover of "House of the Rising Sun."
Women In Uniform (Skyhooks) performed by Iron Maiden
"Turn the Page" from Metallica. Originally done by Bob Seger.
A Taste of Honey - The Beatles
Matthews Southern Comfort - Their version of "Woodstock".
Elvis Presley cover version of Frank Sinatra my way.
Harry Styles’ cover of ‘The Chain’ by Fleetwood Mac.
My favorite is "Rock N Roll" as performed by The Runaways (cover of The Velvet Underground). Specifically, I love the Live in Japan (1977) performance.
“River Deep, Mountain High” by Eric Burdon and the Animals (originally by Ike and Tina Turner).
Girlschool's cover of "Fox on the Run" by: Sweet
Johnny B Goode, because it's been covered so many times.
Nightwish's cover of High Hopes by Pink Floyd.
