Home swap in London?

I have lived in a haringey council house for 20+ year, I have asked to buy and they are giving me discount to purchase the property.. if I home swap to another council for eg enfield council would I still be offered the discount when purchasing the home?

You would have to ask those questions of the council BEFORE you even think about swapping...going from one council to another it is likely the answer is you woul dhave to build up the years with the new council
