According to Bronsted Lowry theory, an acid loses a proton (H⁺) to becomes its conjugate base.
Now: HSO₄⁻ → SO₄²⁻ + H⁺
HSO₄⁻ loses a proton becomes SO₄²⁻. Hence, HSO₄⁻ is an acid and SO₄²⁻ is its conjugate base.

The answer: 2. HSO₄⁻ and SO₄²⁻
