We can only guess, but chances are it's the stress over the current situation. Nearly everyone's life has changed, and mostly not for the better. Our activities are limited, our contact with others is limited (esp physically), we see reports of illness, death, despair, people angry and upset over losing jobs, losing income, being unable to do the things they enjoy, etc. It's no wonder many people have some level of depression or anxiety. We don't know when things will improve and when our lives will return to pre-COVID-19 behavior (weeks? months? longer?)
.
Either go with the flow and take that nap, or skip the nap and exercise or do something else you enjoy that is 'mood boosting'. Exercise actually gives you energy, so perhaps that would help....unless you don't mind taking the naps and they aren't interfering with your nightly sleep schedule.
