Coordinates (-1, 2), (-4, -4)

Slope = [2 - (-4)]/[-1 - (-4)] = 2

y-intercept = 4

y = 2x + 4

5.
y + 1 = 2(x - 2)
OR: y + 4 = 2(x + 4)

1.
Coordinates (2, 1), (-3, 1)

2.
Slope = [1 - 1]/[2 - (-3)] = 0

3.
y-intercept = 1

4.
y = 0x + 1
i.e. y = 1

5.
y + 1 = 0(x - 2), i.e. y + 1 = 0
OR: y + 1 = 0(x + 3), i.e. y + 1 = 0
