I am not sure if I will be able to travel this July to London, UK from California, I hope I can. If British airways decided to cancel..?

No one here has any idea when they might decide to cancel that.  You should contact BA for this information.  They probably don't know right now either - they are playing it all by ear like everyone else.  They might decide a month in advance, a week in advance, a day in advance.  We don't know.

No one else is sure either, including British Airways.

Do us all a favour. Stop asking. We don't know any more than what we read or see in the news. Watch the news for yourself and you'll know as soon as we do. No one here on yahoo has some special private information that they are going to reveal here to you before they tell the news outlets and the government.

I can't give you an exact date, but I can tell you that someone who had tickets for early May was able to get a refund just last week when the airline decided that the trip wasn't going to be possible. I know someone with tickets for late June who is waiting for the airline to decide to cancel the flight- then she'll be able to get a refund. It seems very unlikely that you'd be able to go to the UK this summer. I'm sorry- a lot of people's plans have been canceled. 

It's too early at this stage to say whether international travel will be taking place in July. So you'll have to wait to see what happens.

i would call the airlines up and ask them

A friend of mine who was booked on BA for travel at the end of this month (April) was contacted last week and offered alternative dates; they were very reluctant to offer a refund.

Another friend booked with BA for early June has not heard anything yet.
