New: T₂ = ? K, V₂ = 0.19 L

For a fixed amount of gas at constant pressure: V₁/T₁ = V₂/T₂
Then, T₂ = T₁ × (V₂/V₁)

New temperature, T₂ = 413 × (0.19/5) = 15.7 K
