I didn’t edit my Instagram posts but yet it shows “edited”, “1h”. Do someone hack my account and what do I do about it?

Nobody Hacked your Account thats the Default message for when you Press the Edit button even if it was Accidental and you did not actually change anything once that Happens it shows as Edited even if nothing was actually changed
