I will be traveling to UK this July. I am hoping they would allow me to travel there at least. Do you think things will get better by then?

I leave July 4, from California and go to Heathrow July 5th. I am really hoping things will be fine, even if they aren't fully, I just hope I would at least be able to fly to England this July. I really spent a lot of time planning and really need to go this summer and I just feel worried especially that we are unsure what is going to happen but do you think things will be fine by July? Please let me know. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

No matter how many times you ask, no one here is going to know when travel restrictions will be lifted. NO ONE, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, knows that.
Keep reading and watching the news. That is where we will all find out.

No one knows what the situation will be in July but you shouldn't expect foreign travel to be safe then.

Currently - it seems unlikely.

You don't *need* to go this summer. You want to. Plans can be changed.

I think it is very unlikely that restrictions will be lifted, for international visiting. We may be at the stage when the first level of reduced restrictions are being effected. As a UK  over 70, I expect to still be requested to not leave home, unless really necessary.

That's a maybe, no better. Personally I think the US's problems have just begun. The White House is just so inept that they may as well spray the virus around themselves. That's not politics, that's the man. Maybe boy is a better word. Thank God we are in California.
