Things like caffine and theabromine that are deadly to a lot of animals but only dangerious to humans in huge quantities?

I'm writting a sci-fi story and want to know some chemicals that would be commonly considered dangerious but not to humans.

Many foods that are safe for people can be deadly to pets. Keep the following toxic foods away from your beloved companion:

    Chocolate

Xylitol (often found in sugar-free gum)

    Macadamia nuts

    Grapes and raisins

    Onions

    Garlic

    Alcohol

    Caffeinated drinks

    Raw yeast dough

For dogs, see https://www.hillspet.com/dog-care/nutrition-feeding/toxic-foods-for-dogs

I don't know if it meets your criteria, but antifreeze is also a problem. Antifreeze contains ethylene glycol which is poisonous to both humans and pets, but dogs especially are inclined to lap up spilled antifreeze because it tastes sweet.  Adult humans know better, but young children are also at risk.
