銀行貸款問題~小弟唔多明平息年利率?

例如~向銀行貸款20萬~分3年還~平息提早還同年利率提早還分別....因為我覺得如果計年利率開頭係還息多本金小.,如平息一開始就還本金多~~~~如果兩者都1年後提早還是否平息會還小一點~~~還是我想錯東西~~~~求解答~~謝謝各位大哥大姐~~
