An acid–base titration was performed to determine the Ksp of a slightly soluble salt. The Ksp was experimentally determined at 80.0 C, and the ΔG was determined to be 28.29 kJ/mol. If ΔS is -118 J/mol⋅K, what is ΔH(in kJ/mol) for this slightly soluble salt?

✔ 最佳答案
ΔG = 28.29 kJ/mol
T = (273.2 + 80.0) K = 353.2 K
ΔS = -118 J/mol•K = -0.118 kJ/mol•K

ΔG = ΔH - TΔS
28.29 = ΔH - 353.2 × (-0.118)
ΔH = -13.4 kJ/mol
