Collecting rain water is free, if you want it to come out of the facet when you open it you have to pay!

during the millennium, the word of Jesus according to the book of revelation says we are invited to drink of the water of life "freely", this tells me that water as a necessary part of life, should always be free, and never open to extortion between nations.

God forgot to set up a network of pipes and purification plants, so we have to pay for all that.

Having said that, I heard that in ameriKKKa you can't collect rainwater from the roof into a water tank like you can in Australia and anywhere else in the world.

I guess you really don't understand what water is. Hint, it's not the water that comes out of your tap or from a well, and once you drink of it, you'll never be thirsty again.

We pay for the processing and filtration of water to ensure that it is safe to drink.

if the water is collected and processed and distributed by an organization which spends time and money to do so, it's not unusual  to pay a fair price.
If you wish to collect your own water from your own well, or a nearby creek, river, pond, lake, or rain barrel, DO it.
Test it and purify it by any method you AND the people with whom you share it, trust.
