I was sent home to quarantine for 14 days I don't work on the weekend do I included weekends if I don't work on the weekend. How do I estimate when I go back to work

Yes, you count the weekend. Coronavirus works on weekends even if you don't.

What part of "14 days" do you not understand? Look at the calendar and count 14 days.

14 calendar days; 2 weeks; doesn't matter how many of them you would have worked otherwise.
