I go to London often, I will travel this July and I hope and pray things will be better, maybe not best unfortunately but when I say better, I mean airports being open at least and for me to be able to travel there this July. Will the UK you think be less restricted by July? Please let me know your help in this manner is highly appreciated.

While the current restrictions may well be lifted to an extent by then, it remains entirely unknown what the situation will be.

Don't make any non-changeable plans.

Nobody knows. It depends on people following instructions.

How should I or anyone else possibly have any idea? Your own government has no idea - what makes you think ours has a better crystal ball?

You can 'hope' all you want.......... it is unlikely international flights will be up and running by July so you won't even get on a plane and it is very unlikely international holiday makers will be welcome or allowed.... especially as the UK Government has asked UK
elderly
public to self isolate/quarantine for 12 weeks already..... the UK doesn't need Americans or any other international  citizens coming to the UK for a jolly spreading covid 19

No one knows, you got to wait and see. Hopefully things will be much better by then

Even if we weren't in lockdown by July, the US is going to be in lockdown for a long time,by the way Trump is handling the situation.

It is extremely likely the restrictions will be over before July.

Your have to ask Trump he stopped all the flights.

No one knows but it may well continue through July.
