Gingivitis at home treatments?

I think I’m coming down with some form of gingivitis, top gums inbetween two teeth are pretty itchy and tender. I’ve been brushing and using mouthwash. Maybe I’ve been using the wrong ones? Any tips would be appreciated.

Do you floss? That will help with gingivitis.

Get yourself a waterpik and some chlorhexidine start off at the lower power and use it for a few days and then bump up the power keep doing this your gums are going to be tender and bleed a little bit at first but as you get them clean and slowly bump up the power they'll get healthy
