How to overcome for Toxic people ?

avoid them and avoid picking up their traits.if you have to deal with them, do your part to be peaceable. perhaps they could learn from your example.

drop them and call the police if you get trouble.

Cut them off, don't follow them on social media, dont answer their calls. Let them know youre done with them.
