I woke up turned on my laptop and all my pictures and documents are gone? What do I do?

I still signed in with name and password windows is there even freeavg recognises that I been using them for 3 years. My windows background is gone, my documents folder and pictures folder and videos folder are empty.??!

Your may have signed into a temporary profile
Trying signing out then rebooting and signing back in again. If there are any error messages update your post

Just try a simple System Restore. Go back to when all was working well for you.

Try doing a system restore. Pick a date you know it was there last and hopefully, you will recover the data. If not you might need to take it to a computer repair service.
