there is no "20% done" or anything like that. it's a 1 or a zero. either they find a treatment or they don't. like hunting for a pig in the forest. you either found it or you didn't. the more people looking for it (and trust me, the whole world is looking for it) the more likely we'll find it.
but remember, this is a cold virus we are talking about. nobody has ever found a 100% cure for a cold virus. ever. just like no one has cured cancer, ever. the best thing to deal with a coronavirus is the same as every coronavirus ever: plenty of rest, plenty of water, and low exposure to other people.
do that, and it should be gone in about 3 weeks, just like a cold. the only people this doesn't work for are the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems, like HIV/AIDS victims.
