That sounds like the feeling coming back after the injections. The nerves can be bruised for a few days.

I had one that day, too. My dentist gave me a prescription for an antibiotic. I was still feeling some pain, so I started taking it. Did your dentist give you anything? Tingling is not bad, but if you feel pain, call your dentist and hope the office is still open- some are closing down.
