How to learn English well?

----I was disappointed to receive your posting and to learn that you,mq, had not been successful in the English examination.Although I send you, mq, my sympathy TW style, I feel you ought not distressed but try buy a simple "Eng.grammar book". Your long difficulty in Grammar and words(big words) must have been a considerable handicap to your English studies, especially as it covers difficulties in 12 tenses and vocabulary recently the time you had had available for covering the whole syllabus.You can still search female penfriend to write for the English letters for the examination as friends and I am confident that this time when you cross Physics major to English will be getting,receiving penfriends letters, not of sympathy, but of improvement, of encouragement.
