a couple of drops of warm olive oil in each ear, it get rid of all the hardened wax

IF you can find liquid garlic pills that are not de-scented, poke a hole in one and squeeze a couple of drops in the ear. This will cause the ear to eject everything in the canal for at least a day. Hope that you have cotton balls in supply.

I open my mouth wide and pull the bottom of my earlobes out up and down Yes it hurts but then the pain goes away. I dont know if it will work for you though.

Stop listening to Trump or Fox "News". That might help. If you've already done that, there's always ginger and garlic. Ear aches are often a result of infection and eating ginger and garlic can help with that. You can also try stuffing garlic cloves in your ear but I would eat it instead.
