因為問句的重心是名詞子句，而名詞子句的主詞是that（指示代名詞，指前面的談話主要內容），所以附加問句只能針對名詞子句來問，而用代名詞it當主詞。
附加問句在問they say的內容是否正確（而不是問他們有沒有這樣說）。
即Low blood pressure is healthy, isn't it?
...isn't it?=...對嗎？
They say（是可省略的部份，因為不是問話的焦點，誰說的不重要）
