For years, whenever I feel having itch throat or feels having nasal mucus, taking Vitamin C 1000mg per day for 2-3 days may prevent me getting cold.
For the same reason, since I believe Vitamin C may boost immune system to against virus, I think is a good idea to take some Vitamin C.

I won't overly believe the so-call "scientific research" or "political correctness" as long as I believe something is right to me or that matter doesn't related to me.
