Yellow hard skin under big toe?

What is this? Ive had it for years, Ive been pedicure several times they scrub it and take some off but it grows back within a few weeks..

It's a callus. Poor fitting shoes are the culprit.

Unless it hurts, leave it. Apparently your gait requires it.
