How do I reply to her message?

This girl has been mad at me for over a week now. Last night I sent her an apology over text and she replies, " I don't know what you are expecting me to say". I don't wanna make the situation worse. What should i say?

Tell her what you are HOPING she will say.
She may reject it, but you cannot keep a relationship going if you let fear control you.
MY response would probably be, "I want you to say that you forgive me. DO you forgive me?"
If she doesn't then the two of you are now history.

I would need more context about the situation here, because it seems you aren't being entirely forthcoming about this, you seem to be leaving out what YOU did to upset her and that is key here to solving this situation.
You apologised to her, and she replied with a snarky/defensive comment in return! She clearly isn't in a mature enough space to accept your apology, and you cannot force her to come to that way of thinking, she has to get there on her own. There isn't much you can do, give her space and let her come to you, don't push her any further on the subject.
