No, like any virus, this one is spread through contact with someone infected, mostly the exchange of body fluid, if they sneeze or cough on/around you, or contaminated surfaces - like i someone sneezes or cough into their hand and then they touch a hand rail, if an uninfected person touches it, they will likely become sick. 
But do not worry, if you practice basic hygiene ie. wash your hands after contact with food, objects and after you have finished in the bathroom, sneeze or cough into your arms, and you are young and relatively healthy your immune system is likely to beat it, our bodies have to develop immunity from strains its never encountered before.
