Should I get a Polaroid camera?
Is it worth getting and which one takes the best picture quality?

Most people who get a Polaroid or some other kind of instant-film camera will eventually stop using it once the novelty wears off and they can no longer justify spending more than $1 per shot for film.
None have better image quality as the film's resolving power is quite low.
I suggest buying a used Polaroid Spectra since it was Polaroid's top-of-the-line camera back in the 80s~90s. Film is still available for it. It's got a real AF system as opposed to a fixed focus in most old & new Polaroids and Fujifilm Instax cameras.
I'd stay away from Fujifilm's Instax cameras as they seem to break a lot! The only exception would be the 90 which costs a lot more than the toy mini8. But still, going with a used Polaroid off of eBay will mean not having to spend a lot on a camera. This is will be very important in a few months once you stop wanting to spend all that money of crappy instant-film photos.
Instant cameras? Those are toys.
I think that answers all your questions.
If you can get and afford the film, the SX-70 is superior. Cameras are less than $100, and eight exposures color pack is just about $19- $23 on Amazon and Ebay.
The 600 model does not fold flat, but has many of same features.
You should be aware because of the nature of the emulsion and self-developing chemicals, the character of the images is "softer" (not as sharp as regular emulsion films).
參考: I have a black Sonar SX-70 in excellent condition, no film now. Sixty-six years of photography, beginning with a Kodak Brownie 120 roll film box camera. Did photo special effects for public entertainment shows.
