Difference between Political Will and Political Correctness.?

There is no one, collective, "political will" that can be identified now as shaping the next decade's political developments.  The United States continually swerves and surprises politically speaking. That's one of our more interesting historical characteristics.

As for political correctness, that is an entirely different thing. The term refers basically to not offending various interest groups by one's words or behavior.
