Since when did the USA have this?

Neither our Prime Minister nor  any member of the government is immune from prosecution. They  can be removed from office.  Members of the House of Commons can be prosecuted.  Prosecutions for members of  both Houses of Parliament take place in the same courts as happens with any other Canadian citizen or Canadian resident.

The US does not have a prime minister. Nor is the the US's figurehead, the President, immune from prosecution as recent events prove, what with President Trump being prosecuted in the Senate not three weeks ago.

UPDATE:

If you know that, as you say in comments below, then you're admitting that when you said "like the US does" you were knowingly lying.  That makes you a troll.  A transparent one.  One who is pretending to be and say one thing but actually meaning another by using a loaded question to spread disinformation.  The point of your nonquestion question isn't to find out about Canada's political process but to make a false statement about the US's.  And if you think I or anyone else actually believes you when you act all Pollyanna and pretend otherwise, you've got another think coming.

UPDATE 2:

Again, you are spreading disinformation.  Had Trump been found guilty in the Senate Trial, there would've been a sentencing phase.  His sentence could've been simply being removed from office, but it also could've included prison time, and if the charges had included treason, for example, it could've even included a death sentence.  Prosecution of a US President is the purview of the US Senate after impeachment by the House.  It is presided over by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court exactly because if found guilty, the President will be sentenced, and that sentencing requires that his rights of due process be preserved, which is the reason the US Constitution gives for the Chief Justice to preside over the trial -- to ensure the President's rights of due process are not violated so that any sentence, whether it be removal from office, fine, imprisonment, or even death, have not been violated.
